1. LHL Flyers' Tasks
- One (1) day before actual distribution, to SMS our Customer on the location of distribution. Log on to www.LHLFlyers.com/password for flyer distribution photos.
- To complete all required reports after flyer distribution, then sending the Flyers Distribution Report (upon request) via Fax or Email to customers.
- To upload Distribution Details GPS Tracking map & photos (30 - 60 photos) onto website www.LHLFlyers.com on the same day by 6pm.

2. Monitoring By Customer
- To check the distribution by contacting LHL Flyer’s Van Supervisors for Real Time 3G Video Call Viewing.
- Log on to www.LHLFlyers.com/password to view the detailed GPS Tracking Map & distribution photos.
- To check physically at distribution site or log on to www.LHLFlyers.com/password distribution area, during distribution time, or within 12 hours after distribution.
- To report any dissatisfaction in our distribution service by faxing your complain to toll free fax no.: 1.800.888.993 or emailing it to info.LHLFlyers@gmail.com within 24 hours after distribution. No complain will be entertained after 24 hours.

3. Van Supervisors
- To send the Flyers Distribution Team to the scheduled distribution sites.
- Carrying with 3G phone + GPS Tracking device (every 10 second 1 point).
- To manually complete the Flyers Distribution Report with road names, total distributed quantity, and total number of workers engaged.
- To shoot distribution site photos (30 - 60) indicated with date and time.

4. Distribution Team
